The cast of characters:

Hello visitor, how are you?

Hey hey hey! I'm doing well, so... you're looking for job I see. How did you get here?

It all started with analyzing lipstick sales at Maybelline in 2020. The path involved 3 L'Oréal brands, 1 CRO agency, multiple country moves, and a Web3 startup that taught me more in 10 months than some people learn in years.

And when do you say all of this happened? Tell me.

L'Oréal (2020-2023): Corporate / FMCG / Beauty Maybelline → Kiehl's → Vichy Kyiv → Prague Key lesson: Corporate results don't need to be groundbreaking or exceptional. They just need to be predictable. As long as it was forecasted - it's fine.

And then what happened?

Spiralyze (2024-2025): Agency / SaaS & D2C Project Manager, CRO Agency Remote Key lesson: A lot of times, what you like better won't be what actually converts (Data > opinions). Between a proven winning pattern and a new "genius" solution - the first wins 99.99% of the time. Also, I'm really good at organizing chaos.

And what was next? Don't tell me it's Web3!

Dexcelerate (2025): Startup / Crypto-Trading / Trenches Marketing Director, DeFi Trading Platform Remote Key lesson: There's always something you can do better. Usually a lot. Give 10 people the same creative task - 5 will quote you $1000 and a week, 3 will do it for $400 in a few days, 2 will do it free by tomorrow. Only 1 will do it well. Price rarely reflects skill.

Visual and product design for the Telegram integration. It scans posts for contract addresses, logs and ranks callers, and lets users autotrade verified signals with custom filters.

Tell me.

L'Oréal (2020-2023): Corporate / FMCG / Beauty Maybelline → Kiehl's → Vichy Kyiv → Prague
  • Managed creative & media agencies for campaign launches
  • Led first L'Oréal Luxe multibrand promo with major retail partner
  • Coordinated cross-functional teams: SMM, PR, retail, business development
  • Monthly sales analysis and competitor research (got embarrassingly good at Excel)
  • Briefed agencies, managed influencer squads with PR teams, executed product launches with all operational work - listings, sales materials, POS, pricing, forecasts
  • Learned that big budgets don't guarantee good work - they only guarantee more meetings and intermediaries
Key lesson: Corporate results don't need to be groundbreaking or exceptional. They just need to be predictable. As long as it was forecasted - it's fine.

And then what happened?

Spiralyze (2024-2025): Agency / SaaS & D2C Project Manager, CRO Agency Remote
  • Managed 5+ parallel SaaS and D2C client projects simultaneously
  • Coordinated designers, developers, QA specialists, and clients who changed their minds weekly
  • Analyzed and segmented traffic/conversion data, presented insights to stakeholders weekly
  • Built A/B testing roadmaps using competitor analysis, winning patterns, and user funnel research
  • Kept all teams aligned during constant priority shifts
  • Worked with teams across 5+ time zones daily
Key lesson: A lot of times, what you like better won't be what actually converts (Data > opinions). Between a proven winning pattern and a new "genius" solution - the first wins 99.99% of the time. Also, I'm really good at organizing chaos.

And what was next? Don't tell me it's Web3!

Dexcelerate (2025): Startup / Crypto-Trading / Trenches Marketing Director, DeFi Trading Platform Remote
  • Built marketing operations from scratch for Solana/BNB memecoin trading platform.
  • Team Building (0→5): Built marketing and creative team from ground zero
  • Created workflows, asset/sound libraries, production pipelines
  • Implemented rolling 3-month content roadmap
  • Produced all video and static content in-house with zero outsourcing
  • Content Production: Studio-quality feature/release videos in weeks, not months
  • Built product academy showing users how to use advanced features (halved support tickets)
  • Translated complex concepts (limit orders, autotrading) into language normal humans and degens would understand
  • Pioneered AI UGC strategy: thousands of TikTok views, zero production budget
Key lesson: There's always something you can do better. Usually a lot. Give 10 people the same creative task - 5 will quote you $1000 and a week, 3 will do it for $400 in a few days, 2 will do it free by tomorrow. Only 1 will do it well. Price rarely reflects skill.

Okay okay, but what do you actually bring?

I know how to write. Made DeFi simple enough my grandma would get it. Can translate any technical product into human language. I get designers. Fluent in Figma. Can show designers exactly what I want in real-time. No endless revision loops. I ship on time. No "tomorrows." If something's blocked, I say it early so everyone can adjust. I use AI (properly). Use AI to scale content that doesn't feel like ChatGPT wrote it. Tested AI UGC at Dexcelerate – it actually worked (based on early results). I speak cross-functional. Dev teams don't need to translate. Business gets their metrics. Sales gets their materials. I speak all their languages. I create systems. Build workflows where I can take a week off with 1 day prep and nothing breaks. Content calendars, asset libraries, approval flows – the boring stuff that makes everything run. I'm chaos-proof. Budget vanished? Priorities flipped? Cool, I'll reorganize and keep shipping. I understand data. Take data-driven decisions. Excel and GA are my friends. Test hypotheses, measure results, adjust. I have taste. I know what good is and what looks like shit. Can QC creative work and actually improve it, not just give vague feedback.

Alright, I'm excited, what's next?

Looking for marketing and project management roles, or that hybrid startup thing where you do everything until it's more "stable". I want: Fast-paced teams. Crypto/fintech/tech. Remote-first. Places where execution matters more than politics. Environments where change is normal and welcomed. I don't want: Task management roles. Bureaucracy. More meetings than output. "We've always done it this way". Let's talk: Email: kate.shyndina@gmail.com Telegram: @byshyndina LinkedIn: Kateryna Shyndina
